On June 13, we went to the LDS Distribution store to buy Tristan everything necessary for him to enter the temple the following week.

On June 17, Tristan had one final interview with President Cannon to ensure he was ready to enter the temple. His great friend Benson--soon to be Elder Merrill headed to London, England--was there for the same reason!

| Tristan and his best buddies (Kyle, Benson, Kevin, and Chris) all had their mission calls prior to graduating from high school. Chris was the first to leave, for Minnesota, Spanish-speaking, and this picture was taken at his farewell on June 14. These friends all went on a senior trip together and the girls that went with them (Hailey, Emily, and Lindsey) gave them the ties to wear whenever they needed to feel some moral support from home. It seemed once Tristan got this tie, he rarely wore a different one! |
On June 20, Tristan received his endowment in the Dallas Temple. It was absolutely wonderful! It was the day before Father's Day, and there truly could have been no better gift for Tim (or for me, of course!)

On June 28, Tristan gave his farewell talk. It was wonderful and he had lots of friends come to show their support.
